Millard Slide On

Slide Ons are a popular, ideal and economical way of caravanning for people with a flat tray Ute. Light but strong in construction and taking only minutes to place on or remove from the tray using either hydraulic or electric legs by the simple push of a button. They are available in several layouts and also in shower, toilet models. There are the advantages of no registration costs, easy to store once removed from the tray and almost no maintenance to speak of, also freeing up the vehicle for everyday use. One other large advantage for some people such as fisherman and water skiers is that they can still tow their light boat and trailer behind them.

The Slide On is constructed with an aluminium upper frame and cladding proven to be light but strong. It sits on a hot dip galvanised light weight chassis with a waterproof wooden floor. The furniture is made with timber frame and plywood sheeting which is screwed, glued and stapled for extra strength. Fitted with a fridge, stove, sink and microwave in a space economical design with a comfortable sit down eating area and table. There are ample storage cupboards and drawers as well as a large sleeping area and plenty of windows to let in the natural light.
